This kayak is 15 feet long and 32 inches wide which makes it a stable kayak for solo and tandem paddling. The Bow and stern are reinforced with aluminum rib-frame technology which makes the kayak piece through the water instead of bending over it. The kayak also has a drop-stitch floor which operates the same way as a paddle board by forcing the material into holding shape the air pressure creates rigidity versus only using high pressure to hold shape. This kayak is inflated with low psi which makes it ideal for high temperature usage, the pressure inside the chambers when combined with high temperature can cause over pressurization and ultimately delamination. Since the pressure is so much lower, the kayak does not reach critical pressurization and delamination is not a possibility. The kayak can be inflated with the dual action manual pump in 10-15 minutes and can remain inflated for long periods of time. This kayak can remain inflated for longer trips and carried on a roof rack just as easily as its storage bag. Electric pumps are available for the inflating, but it is always best to check the pressure with the dual action manual pump and gauge. If you are paddling in windy or wavy conditions you can use the zip on single or double deck conversions and spray skirts to handle the environment. The kayak has adjustable lumbar seats that can be adjusted for solo or tandem paddling quickly and easily. The kayak, seats, floor and pump all fit in the storage bag that is the same standard as air craft stow away baggage so it is ideal for transport, home winter storage, RV and hunting/ fishing.
